Check out this month's "So Good" video to learn how we make our Blackberry Bourbon Decay. We take our craft cocktails seriously, so we like to show off from time to time. Try this at home or come sample all our infused, hand-crafted and barrel-aged creations at 53. They're So Good.

What you will need:

Ginger Beer Syrup
2.5 lbs. Chopped Ginger
4 cups Mammoth Water
1 Lemon Slice
1 Vanilla Bean
2 Ancho Chiles
1 oz. Cloves
1 oz. Lavender
1 Cinnamon Stick
2 cups Sugar

Blackberry Bourbon Decay
2 Scoops Blackberries 
2 oz. Rebel Yell Bourbon
1.5 oz. Ginger Beer Syrup 
1 oz. Lime Juice
Candied Ginger Chips
